Why wont free realms finish loading? - play free tech dech games

I have to play me, Free Realms, and download the plugin. When I saw the character screen and select "Play Now" window appears, several different images, but always with a small Squirl bottom right Conner with a loading bar it underneth.
The game will not go through it, it stays there, not the loading bar, but the game? I asked the technical support of the authorities little to himself, perhaps someone can help me here.
